Shortcake is the Lead Developer and Producer of Rabbit Hole. He started making the game around 2021 as a passion project, initially intending to create the entire game on his own, but he later incorporated the help of his close friends to further the game's development. He wrote the dialogue, the story of Disc, and the story of Yomi. Disc's story in particular is inspired by troubles that he himself went through, since her story essential to the story's central message. The Rabbit Hole is a figment of no feeling, which is why many characters choose to remain there. Disc does not see a reason for herself being alive, but she chooses to live anyways, even if only for herself.

Engi is the Lead Writer of Rabbit Hole. He directed the world building, the M.O.K.O plotline, the Husky plotline, the Dr. Valora plotline, and the Snail plotline. He also composed music for the game as a part of MOAI music.

Confused Ora was one of the leading musicians of Rabbit Hole. He joined MOAI music in a VC call when ShortCake was showing off the game. Ora came up with the concept of the Trashworth enemy, being inspired from the mets from Mega Man.

Mikedawina is the voice actor for The Dealer and Mr. Bones. Many of the lines from both characters were improvised. Mr. Bones' lines in particular were recorded after a rough time during his life, explaining the passionate delivery of raw, unadulterated rage.

• One of Mr. Bones' lines was recorded when Mikedawina actually stubbed his toe. You know the one.
• ConfusedOra was originally going to be the voice of Mr. Bones, however Mikedawina took the role due to Ora's technical difficulties.
