Behavior and Tactics

Phils hover at a certain height. They propel towards the player, leaving a trail of bullets underneath them.

Usually, there is a platform that allows phils to be reachable. So given their low HP, the best way to deal with them is to jump up to them and melee. Otherwise you can shoot from a distance.
