Trivia

• The Uzi is a family of Israeli open-bolt, blowback-operated submachine guns and pistols, first designed by Major Uziel "Uzi" Gal in the late 1940s. It is one of the first weapons to incorporate a telescoping bolt design (the open bolt design exposes the breech end of the barrel and improves cooling during periods of continuous fire), which allows the magazine to be housed in the pistol grip for a shorter. The Uzi prototype was completed in 1950. It was first introduced to Israel Defense Forces (IDF) special forces in 1954, and the weapon was put into general use two years after its manufacture.
• The gun depicted in the game is actually not a real Uzi and looks more like Pico's Uzi as depicted in several of his games. It’s worth noting that Pico’s Uzi is not really a Uzi either and is more similar to a MAC-10.
