Dr. Valora is the grieving father of Livia Valora, also known as Husky. He is the main cientist behind the M.O.K.O. Initiative.

Lore

Dr. Valora first appearence in the lore, is in Luck of a Salesman #2, where he is giving a explanation about the M.O.K.O. Initiative. He is the first character to address and explain the Head Popping phenomenum: "This M.O.K.O prototype has a main function related to health care. You see, a new illness has recently surfaced and has hit an alarming number of people all around the globe, including my own daughter."

In the book What Lies Beyond our View, is heavily implied that Dr. Valora has stopped his research in the Rabbit Hole due to fear of some nonspecified creature that was stalking M.O.K.O. V5.
