Gold bos are enemies that rarely spawn on Floor 1 and Floor 2. Every bo and wo has a $1/100$ chance to spawn as a gold bo.

Behavior and Tactics

Gold bos chase the player around much more aggressively than their non-gold counterparts, never stopping to charge after jumping. If they are meleed, they are sent flying. After 7 seconds, a gold bo explodes.

Finding a gold bo is an incredibly fortunate encounter, however they can be dangerous to the unprepared. It is best to attack them from a distance and melee them if and only if they get too close. When playing as Snail, golden bo movements can be sporadic and unpredictable due to her high knockback, so meleeing gold bos with her is recommended with upmost caution.
